As I wrote before ‘Seventeen’ was recorded in late 80s for Winger self-titled debut album. ‘Winger’ album was released in 1988 and featured 4 singles:

  • Madalaine
  • Seventeen
  • Headed for a Heartbreak
  • Hungry

Whole album was a big success and Winger started to gain on popularity since this moment.

  • Paul Taylor – keyboard, vocals

‘Seventeen’ popularity

Song and ‘Winger’ album was very popular shortly after it was released. ‘Seventeen’ is Winger’s most popular song for which they are most remembered by. 12
