Yeah, I couldn’t resist to describe Randy Rhoads’ and Ozzy Osbourne masterpiece – (in my humble opinion best) performance in New York, on 28th April 1981.

I listened lots of bands, songs and watched many videos – and mostly after 2 weeks, I’m getting bored with that. “After Hours” is the only performance, which I always return, and I can listen it a hundreds times.

Popularity

I can bet that “After Hours” videos are one of the most popular Ozzy Osbourne’s shows on YouTube. Numbers speak for themselves, “Crazy Trains” was watched over 18 million times! It is hardly surprising, 1981 and 1982 was the best years for “heavy metal” father and one of the best guitarist ever.

Unfortunately, Randy Rhoads’ career was aborted by his death in plane crash in 1982. Happily, a multitude of people keeps memory of him alive, and paradoxically his popularity grows.

Take a moment and look on Randy’s solos, my tops are in “Crazy Train”.

PS. Watch this, it’s one of the most prominent moments in music (3:45). It was very difficult to find that, :D .
